### What problem does this feature solve?
保存图片时，无法保存tooltip信息，因为它不属于canvas中，渲染模式设置为富文本，却没有途径修改富文本样式，曲线多的情况下会超长
### What does the proposed API look like?
应该增加一个修改富文本样式的API?

Tooltip shows only when the mouse is over a data point. When mouse is moved over the Save button, the tooltip has been already closed. How do you expect a tooltip to stay open while you are clicking the Save button, any sample code ?
