there's no plan, there's no date.
Apache uses a community based development model. JAMES needs more
active contributors to break the deadlock.
Indeed users testing work in progress (we only have nightly builds ATM
supporting imap) would help too moving forward. Having people working on
testing the code makes developers more happy to create milestones and
deal with bug reports.
