In the CPE GUI, open a CPE descriptor that contains relative paths to an Analysis Engine or CAS Consumer (for example, examples/descriptors/collection_processing_engine/MeetingFinderCPE_Integrated.xml.

Then save the CPE descriptor to a new file.  The realtive paths will have become absolute.  This should not occur.

This was actually fixed in 2.1, but was accidentally left out of the release notes.  The CPE GUI no longer makes any changes to the opened CPE descriptor unless you actually make a change in the GUI.  So relative paths won't be replaced with absolute paths unless you remove and re-add the component.
