Written doc for LinkSerializer

Hello,
I've written a new documentation (diff to cvs attached) for the
LinkSerializer. It would be nice, if someone could look over it. It validates
against the DTD, but it's my first xdoc and perhaps some infos are still
missing.

With kind regards

Bugzilla is better for every contribution, no matter small
or large. We have found it is the only way that contributions
are not overlooked (which yours nearly was).

No problem, I will add a link to the w3c page.

I thought contributions should be sent to the mailing list, not to bugzilla
first. And as it replaces nearly the whole file, I thought it's more a
contribution then a "little" patch which changes some lines.

Sorry it took so long Torsten. Your posting must have
been missed by all committers. [1]

Anyway, i just added the changes to 2.1 and 2.0.3
Thanks, you are filling an embarrassing hole in the
documentation.

Never mind. Someone else will see any lack and fix it like
you did. One thing i noticed: You mention "XLINK" - is that
the correct spelling and should we link to more info?

[1] Bugzilla is the the preferred way to submit patches.
This ensures that your work is not missed. If you cannot
manage the extra effort then add [PATCH] to email subject.
