Mostly the download page is OK, however there are some areas where it could be improved.

1) Use https (SSL) for links to KEYS, sigs and hashes
2) Use www.apache.org rather than www.us.apache.org. The former will redirect as necessary to the US or EU host.
3) Old releases should use archive.apache.org. Please fix the links for 1.1.1 and 1.0.5
