XALAN-C Sample Programs - VC9 - Have Link Issues

The link issues I fixed with the Microsoft VC10 are also found in the
Project/Win32/VC9 builds.  I am preparing updated *.vcproj files to
resolve the issue based on the Project/Win32/VC10 updates.

Description of issue:  Release builds of sample programs using
Project/Win32/VC9 also attempt to link in the Debug library.
