hive -hiveconf hive.metastore.warehouse.dir=/user/senthil/hive

Hi,

I am trying to setup Hive (CDH4 Beta2) for multiple users on same HDFS
directory. Can each user have
their own warehouse space on HDFS ?

I tried doing this:

hive -hiveconf hive.metastore.warehouse.dir=/user/senthil/hive

That doesn't seem to work. It still reads the default warehouse in
/user/hive/warehouse.

Am I missing something ?
