STEPS TO REPRODUCE:  
Within Ambari, click ;Create Alert Notification' and set: Name "Test", Group "Ambari", Severity "ALL", email-to "test@test.com" 
SAVE 
Severity for 'Alert Notifications' window shows: OK, WARNING, CRITICAL, UNKNOWN 
now EDIT 
set Severity "CRITICAL" 
SAVE 
Severity still shows: OK, WARNING, CRITICAL, UNKNOWN 

EXPECTED RESULT:  
Severity should show 'CRITICAL" only on the 'Manage Alert Notifications' screen.

ACTUAL RESULT:  
Severity still shows 'OK, WARNING, CRITICAL, UNKNOWN'
