   It is related to a previous issue: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDFS-15814.
   
   
   Those failed unit tests were unrelated to the change.
   Failed junit tests:
   hadoop.hdfs.server.datanode.TestNNHandlesBlockReportPerStorage
   hadoop.hdfs.server.namenode.TestNamenodeCapacityReport
