How to define a bean shared by many SUs

I deploy several SAs, each of them has a SU that will connect to DB, so I
define a connection pool bean in each DB-access SU. I think all DB-access
SUs should share one connection pool.  How to configurate ?
Can beans defined in $SMX_HOME/conf/servicemix.xml be referenced by su?
