After cleaning up directory: 409 conflict

Hi,

I just have cleaned up my workspace directory from extraneous clutter
(removed directories and files that should not belong in Subversion). Next I
wanted to perform a commit (write the new directory and its contents) to
subversion, but failed. I got a 409 conflict error message:
commit -m "My personal commit message" D:/workspace/MyApp/doc
D:/workspace/MyApp/jarit.bat D:/workspace/MyApp/Manifest.txt
D:/workspace/MyApp/pages D:/workspace/MyApp/MyApp_v1.0.zip
D:/workspace/MyApp/WebContent
    Deleting D:/workspace/MyApp/doc
    svn: Commit failed (details follow):
    svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: Item '/trunk/doc' is out of date
svn: DELETE of
'/svn/MyCompany-dev/MyApp/!svn/wrk/d6a3fa14-1a01-0010-9377-3901635b30d5/trunk/doc':
409 Conflict (https://subversion.MyCompany.nl)

doc is one of the directories I deleted from my workspace.

Searching on 'subversion 409 conflict' did not show my what I can do to
solve my (little) problem. Might you know what I can do?

Abel
