[I] Extend TypeCastingDisplayComponent unit test coverage [texera]

   `TypeCastingDisplayComponent` at `frontend/src/app/workspace/component/property-editor/typecasting-display/type-casting-display.component.ts` is only ~31% covered. Extend its spec to cover input/change handling, the type-casting display computation, and guard branches.
