Huawei Cloud's Distributed Message Service is a fully managed, high-performance message queuing service that enables reliable, flexible, and asynchronous communication between distributed applications. Refer to https://www.huaweicloud.com/intl/en-us/product/dms.html for more information.
The purpose of this component is to provide administrative-related operations for DMS. This PR contains the first 2 operations:
- listInstances
- queryInstance
