   You could try to add this dependency `bouncy-castle-bc` by
   ```
   <dependency>
     <groupId>${project.groupId}</groupId>
     <artifactId>bouncy-castle-bc</artifactId>
     <version>${project.parent.version}</version>
     <classifier>pkg</classifier>
   </dependency>
   ```
