Note: I have the code under the Java package "com.cloudera", but I do not know if that is appropriate for a project such as this. I am absolutely open to changing it, so if there is a community custom or convention, please tell me so I can abide by it.

Beyond that, I consider the work on this pretty much done. If there is interest, a follow-on JIRA can cover using this project within Accumulo.
