mod_jk apj native build problems

If there is a more appropriate group for this post please make me aware of
it.

I've been trying to build the native ajp connector for tomcat 4.0 without
success my apache was installed with a package tool provided by my unix so
things aren't in standard places thus after a couple of hours of crowbaring
I'm finally at a deadend.

My ant output indicates some headers that can't be found. A copy of the
output follows. I've searched for the missing headers but haven't found
them anywhere within the ant, connectors, tomcat apache packages nor
anywhere on the system. So my real question is where or what package are
these headers from so that I can make it available to the build environment.

Thanks.

Rob
