   ### Description
   
   We do not support duplicate names when we create a project, and avoid this by code in https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/blob/3c8d1c6da91b23aa9106353829469f40899a7bed/dolphinscheduler-api/src/main/java/org/apache/dolphinscheduler/api/service/impl/ProjectServiceImpl.java#L88-L92. So I think is better to add a unique key on project name to keep consistency
