### Expected results
Entering `2020-01-04T01:14:35-03:00` as a start time produces a different start time than entering
`2020-01-04T01:14:35+00:00` or `2020-01-04T01:14:35+10:00`
### Actual results
Then all produces the exact same query and ignore the timezone entirely. The time range tooltip indicates that it supports ISO 8601 formatted timezones, I tried a few variants but none of them actually work as expected. In all cases the query strips timezone information and ignores it. There are no warnings or errors.
