Branch for AMQP 0-9 created

A branch for 0-9 has been created at
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/qpid/branches/qpid.0-9

The generator has been switched to use the 0-9 XML for both C++ and
Java, but note that the new suppression feature has been used to
suppress Basic, File and Stream. Consequently, there are a good number
of compile errors in both implementations!
