1. SSN is created

*Steps to reproduce:*
 # Go to 'Roles' page
 # Create group

*Actual result:*
 # Appears error message: 'Oops! Group creation failed!'
 # The groups is not created

*Expected result:*
 # Error message is not appear
 # The group is created
