Documentation update

Hello, Jochen.

    A mistake in HTML documentation found. jaxme/manual/ch02.html 
contains Table 2.1 with description of "package" attribute to Ant task. 
May be it should be "packageName"?

<xjc schema="Test.xsd" target="." package="net.example.test">
  <produces includes="net/example/test/*.java"/>
</xjc>

...says that `The <xjc> type doesn't support the "package" attribute.', 
and "packageName" works.
