Dear Joshua

    Because at the first time mirror of large content. We rsync from 
nearest site.
We have 50Mbps link trough TIEN2 project to Japan. I think this is best 
way to
rsync large content of apache at first time.

    After that,  Now we have changed to use official rsync.apache.org 
already and update
everyday.

You seem to be missing IndexOptions Namewidth=*

I'm also a little worried about your rsync repository.  Why aren't you using one of the official apache.org ones?
