Subversion is Product of the Year 2008 at developer.com

I was going to create a mail about the developers.com’s Product of the
Year 2008 award to Subversion which I just found at
<http://www.developer.com/db/article.php/10920_3721761_2>, but found the
<http://www.collab.net/about/awards/> thing while googling for some more
awards. I didn’t know about that page, so it’s likely that many
potential users haven’t seen it neither. Shouldn’t there be some
“Awards” section someplace on subversion.tigris.org, maybe on the
propaganda^W testimonials page?

Some other projects (PostgreSQL and Xiph.org, for example) also have a
*-advocacy mailing list. Maybe it would be a good idea to create a
svn-advocacy list where those kind of ideas could be discussed?

Regards,
Øyvind (sunny256)

Would be nice :)
Just like to mention: the collab.net link above is a list of the awards that
Collabnet as a company received. When not reading closely, it might appear
like this is a Subversion project awards page.
