Hello All:
      I scaned  licences of our repository via a golang license tool (https://github.com/pmezard/licenses ) to make sure the third_party software we used is valid. In ServiceCenter , I found a third_party software(github.com/apache/incubator-servicecomb-service-center/vendor/github.com/didip/tollbooth/vendor/github.com/juju/ratelimit) is using the GNU license,  may be we need to confirm whether is appopriate or not . Thanks!
