[jira] Created: (MAPREDUCE-1187) mradmin -refreshNodes should be implemented

mradmin -refreshNodes should be implemented
-------------------------------------------

                 Key: MAPREDUCE-1187
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MAPREDUCE-1187
             Project: Hadoop Map/Reduce
          Issue Type: Bug
            Reporter: Allen Wittenauer

dfsadmin -refreshNodes re-reads the include/exclude files for the HDFS, triggers decommisions, etc. The MapReduce framework should have similar functionality using the same parameter to mradmin.
