Docsearch at pulsar website

Hi all,

As people is pinging me about why docsearch is not working at Pulsar
website. Here are the  explanation and workarounds.

Pulsar is using Algolia DocSearch for indexing all the doc pages. The
documentation of 2.4.1 release was published to pulsar website yesterday as
part of the release process. Algolia hasn't fully index the documentation
for 2.4.1 release. So the search box won't work for 2.4.1 release
documentation until Algolia completes its crawling and indexing process.

All the documentation for other versions is still searchable. So the
workaround solution is to switch the version to 2.4.0, you are able to
search the documentation.
