[jira] [Created] (OPENJPA-2807) javax.persistence.Index#columnList
should strip spaces
Mark Struberg created OPENJPA-2807:
--------------------------------------
Summary: javax.persistence.Index#columnList should strip spaces
Key: OPENJPA-2807
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OPENJPA-2807
Project: OpenJPA
Issue Type: Bug
Components: kernel
Affects Versions: 3.1.1
Reporter: Mark Struberg
Assignee: Mark Struberg
Fix For: 3.1.2
When using an @Index with multiple columns we should strip the spaces of the column names. Right now this leads to an Exception:
The following works:
{noformat}
@Index(name = "IS_ADDR", columnList = "COUNTRY,BIC,CITY,STREET,HOUSENR"),
{noformat}
But adding spaces breaks the schema generator:
{noformat}
@Index(name = "IS_ADDR", columnList = "COUNTRY, BIC, CITY, STREET, HOUSENR"),
{noformat}
