property datatype implemented incorrectly

Hip hei!

It seems that <uri-specification> property datatype is implemented
incorrectly in FOP (build today).

1) src attribute of fo:external-graphic [1] doesn't use the property
datatype <uri-specification> [2] for URL as defined in the XSL CR: (a for
how FOP currently implements it, b for how it should be... although I prefer
the former)

 a) http://foo.com/bar.fo
 b) url('http://foo.com/bar.fo')

I haven't tested this with external-destinatio attribute of fo:basic-link,
but I'm quite sure it works like fo:external-graphic, too.

2) Relative URLs are not implemented according to RDF 1808 [2]:

 a) file:../../graphics/fop.jpg
 b) ../../graphics/fop.jpg

There seems to be some code to handle relative URLs in the FopImageFactory,
but it's commented out and I suppose becauce of "how to get the context
URL?". Also, if I process an http retrieved .fo document using modified a
CommandLine, e.g. http://elovirta.com/temp/images.fo, relative URLs

 http:../image/violet_screen.gif

or

 file:../image/violet_screen.gif

naturally don't work. Absolute URLs however are implemented correctly
according to RFC 1738 [3]:

  file:///C:/utils/xsl/xml-fop/docs/graphics/xml_feather.gif

and

  http://elovirta.com/image/violet_screen.gif

So, is anyone working on how the context URL should be defined?
