Nice idea.

Kindly make sure such coupling will be compatible with the config.xml parameters from the existing [splashscreen plugin|https://cordova.apache.org/docs/en/latest/reference/cordova-plugin-splashscreen/], rather than renaming all XML variables just to render current implementations obsolete and confuse developers as a bonus.
