Implementing the Webconsole part requires a larger rewrite of the plugin, becaues currently it operates only the Codahale Metric objects, which do not support a description. 

I would need to rewrite this to work only on their Sling pendants (which can be easily adjusted to support a description) would be quite some work. I am not sure if that's worth the effort, assuming that one would need to have some understanding of the details of the metrics to make real use of them. Also if metrics are scrapped by prometheus or any other tool, these descriptions would be lost anyway.

So the value of this description would be very limited in any way.
