[ANNOUNCE] Renaming gzip plugin in 8.0.0 release

Hello ATS Users,
The gzip plugin does more than gzip these days and is being renamed to reflect this. The new name will be compress.so.
Along with this change, the option "disallow <pattern>" is being removed. It's functionality can still be used via "allow !<pattern>".
