Problem building james-with-phoenix-2.2.0-src on Linux
I am able to successfully build the source
distribution (with phoenix) on Windows using
apache-ant-1.6.5 and j2sdk1.4.2_08.
However, when I try build using the same environment
on Linux (RedHat, Fedora Core 2), the build fails.
When running build.sh it indicated it could not find
the commons-logging classes so I explicitly added it
to the classpath. Next it reports a
java.lang.ExceptionInInitializer apparently resulting
during Ant target execution. The source exception
appears to be
org.apache.commons.logging.LogConfigurationException:
java.lang.NoSuchMethodError:
org.apache.commons.logging.LogFactory.getContextClassLoader()Ljava/lang/ClassLoader;
Has anyone else seen Linux build errors?
Comments/suggestions appreciated. Also, I can supply
stack traces if needed.
Thanks,
Tom Peryam

Can you try to download the last trunk from subversion?
And YES, please post the full error you have.
Stefano
