Heads up: TRUNK extra wonky over next day or so, HBASE-451, the removal of HTableDescriptor from HRegionInfo

Subbu Iyer has been graciously working on some awkward surgery undoing
HTD from HRI.  His patch touches a bunch of code.  We committed it
though it looks like a few tests are failing to avoid patch rot.
We'll work on fixing the broke tests over next day or so.
