Wrong page loaded when clicking on faulty modules in the Admin Console

Below are the steps to reproduce the error

1. Drop a faulty module inside TOMCAT_HOME/webapps/axis2/repository/modules and restart the server
2. Login to the Admin Console and go to "System Components  > Available Modules". You will see that the module is displayed as a faulty module.
3. Click on the faulty module link and it will be directed to a wrong page - "Requested resource not found!"
