Additions.
-The same flaky behaviour on {{pyignite}}. Enabling TLS 1.3 on python 3.9 causes the same behaviour on security tests-
This only occurs on async client, currently asyncio doesn't support post handshake auth.
So the main reason of failure is lack of support of post hanshake auth
