Just tagged CVS head

Hi All,

Given that the DBReceiver/DBAppender code *seem* to work reasonably well, 
and that gump is expected to finally stop bugging us with failed test 
cases, I tagged the current CVS head as "PREALPHA_1_2_AS_OF_2004_05_12".

Next: Joran test cases. we should then be on our way to 1.3alpha0.
