Yes, that URL works.
However, that is not the URL associated with the "Installation Guide" link on the Releases page.
The "0_94" piece of the URL is missing from the link.
I also note that there is no explaination of what the Eclipse Plugins are for on that page. I wanted to go to that page specifically so I could find out what the purpose of the Axis2 Service Archiver Eclipse Plugin is.
