[PR] Fix PluginVersions @since and a stray comma in the maven-plugin lifecycle mapping [maven]
slachiewicz opened a new pull request, #13371:

`PluginVersions` shipped in 4.0.0-rc-7 through the 4.0.x backport, so `@since 4.1.0` was wrong. The trailing comma in the `maven-plugin` packaging binding is a leftover from 3.x's `jar:jar,plugin:addPluginArtifactMetadata`; `String.split` already dropped the empty token, so behaviour is unchanged.
Port to 4.0.x (comma only): #PORT
