New nightly build - 2.1.20060604 - cookie fixes etc

The Cookie Manager now uses the cookie handling features of Commons
HttpClient, and seems to be working much better.

Multiple cookies can now be set from a single Set-Cookie header.

Where multiple Cookies match for different portions of the path, the
precedence should now be correct.

There are quite a few other fixes since the last nightly.
