Hello all I was happliy using ant until I wanted to put they build file
on a web server ( so only one set created ). I realized that throughout Ant
File is used to access the build files not URL. I see no reason that 
these cannot be accessed using URL as not files. I'd be willing to
help change all File access to URL's if theres no objections.
