Ran across this typo in the variable name:

DFS_NAMENODE_MISSING_CHECKPOINT_PERIODS_BEFORE_SHUTDONW_DEFAULT

should clearly be

DFS_NAMENODE_MISSING_CHECKPOINT_PERIODS_BEFORE_SHUTDOWN_DEFAULT

i.e. the "N" and the "W" are swapped.
