    Enable ppc64le support for camel-pgvector
    
    The postgres test-infra resolves a ppc64le pgvector image
    (icr.io/ppc64le-oss/pgvector-ppc64le:0.8.6) through the per-architecture
    container property, so the camel-pgvector integration tests no longer
    need to be skipped on ppc64le; only s390x stays skipped.
    
    Closes #26502
