The "default" cluster group can't be deleted, even if it doesn't have any members.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install Karaf 2.3.3 or 3.0.0.RC1
2. Install Karaf Cellar 2.3.2, 2.3.3-SNAPSHOT or 3.0.0-SNAPSHOT
3. Create a new cluster group
4. Add the current instance to the new cluster group
5. Remove the current instance from the "default" group
6. Delete the "default" group
