Does 2.0's SSL support run under Windows yet?
I'm trying to find the answer for myself, and couldn't find
anything definitive on <http://httpd.apache.org/docs/windows.html> or
in the CHANGES files. I'd like to add this to the FAQ and/or the
Windows page.

But none of the binaries are including that capability. I'm not sure what
the plans are for the future.
