[JavaMail] Module definition for new modules package

I appreciate that a mailing list is not the right place for supporting 
such code snapshots, but here is the module definition for the 
up-coming Geronimo/modules/mail module.

Unfortunately, it has been deemed [*] that it is empty since it has no 
Java code (though it has other resources inside) and instead of us 
JavaMail developers being able to access it via CVS, it's not allowed 
in until there is Java code in there.

So if you are working on the JavaMail transports/stores for geronimo, 
please download this JAR into the geronimo directory, which will set up 
the new 'mail' module in place for you to write the code into.
