{{maven-plugins}} and {{maven-extensions}} poms have configuration for {{maven-invoker-plugin}} the configuration is the same in both place.

We can move configuration to {{maven-parent}} which can also contains configuration for 
{{maven-invoker-plugin}}, so we will configuration in on place.
