It has, you are right. Theres a lot to do lately and not many cycles to do
it.
Volunteers come and go as they please of course and so things get done
as and when they can by whomever is left.
I've just now done some OS and application updates, lets see if it improves
things. Other things to try will be java version, tomcat version, etc. But
we'll
see how this goes first.
