Unfortunately, it is not possible to install version 3.4 nor to delete version
3.2 onto/from my computer. When trying either one, I receive an error message
saying that version 3.2 must be closed, including quick starter etc. The cause,
however, is that the program is closed completely, including the quick starter,
but the installer / de-installer rejects that fact.

Is this normal or must I remove version 3.2 by means of safe windows mode?
