[PR] Add QSPI support SAMA5 [nuttx]

   ## Summary
   Adds QSPI driver for SAMA5 chip
   This driver is almost one-to-one copy from samv7 qspi driver. Some minor bugs fixed and added support for 2 qspi busses
   some possible kconfig settings are missing:
   like selecting which xdma controller (0/1) to use.
   and different settings for both busses (if both are in use)
   This can be added later.
   
   ## Impact
   With this driver it's possible to use qspi flash memories with sama5 cpus
   
   ## Testing
   Tested with sama5d27 on sama5-xult board
   using onboard mx25l25673g flash and nxffs
