[ANNOUNCEMENT] Jakarta HttpComponents HttpCore 4.0-alpha2 released

HttpComponents HttpCore 4.0-alpha2 has been released.

This release addresses a number of non-critical problems found in the
previous release. Upstream projects are strongly encouraged to use
this release as a dependency while HttpCore undergoes another round of
reviews and optimization in the SVN trunk. Please check it out and let
the HttpComponents team know what you think.

HttpCore provides a set of low level components, which can be used to
build custom client and server side HTTP services.  More information
can be found at the HttpComponents project site.
